The spanish singer-songwriter Luis Ullán releases his first solo album, titled “How I Murdered our Love.
Influenced by bands like HIM, The Used or artists like William Fitzsimmons, Johnny Cash or Mazzy Star, this record has twelve deep, dark, melodic songs written from the heart that are a direct consequence of many periods of his life.
Ullán claims that this is his most personal record:
“It has to be this way, you know… It is my debut album. I released a EP many years ago, but this is my little boy”, he says. “I have never been so proud of one of my works like I am with this one. It means the world to me, it’s like a huge door to all my feelings, experiences and my inner fears. The thing is that you have to know how to interpret those lyrics and melodies. I am very complex, you know…”,
